Day 13- Thou Hast A Gift

Today in Sunday school this and the following verses really touched me and made me excited. I know that all I have is a gift from God and I've heard many times that all my talents come from Him as well... but for some reason hearing this scripture today and realizing all my abilities and talents are not only gifts from God but that they may all be consecrated to do His will! Wether someone is an artist, a construction worker, an accountant, or even a friend- every talent we have can be used to help His children and further His work! I think a beautiful example of this is Carl Bloch- he dedicated much of his life to create wonderfully spiritual masterpieces, and consecrated his talents to the Lord.

"Behold thou has a gift, and blessed art thou because of thy gift. Remember it is sacred and cometh from above-"
